The Real Story
A recipe he refused to sell short.
Mark cooked professionally for years before he got serious about his own health — which meant looking hard at what was in the food he was making, starting with the seasoning. From 2007 to 2014 he blended his own from scratch. By August 2014 his family told him it was time to stop keeping it to himself, on one condition: keep the recipe intact.
His brother Dan Heath owns Heath’s Blends today and holds the same line on ingredients.
